The Top 3 in Starting a Toxin Free Life!!
If you listen in to the podcast, you hear me ask each one of my guests what is their top 3 items to focus on for those of us just starting our toxin free journey.  Well here is the compilation!!  


It's so important to make sure you are getting plenty of water and good quality water.  I encourage you to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each day.  If you are physically active, you should increase this.  Look into using a water glass, or stainless steele water glass rather than bottled water.

Also, it's super important to have clean water, not just for drinking but think about your cooking and laundry and what you are bathing in.  There are a number of great whole house filtration systems.  You can also look into filters for your shower heads too!!  

Whole Foods

We want to move toward good healthy whole foods.  Buy organic as much as you can.  And read labels.  If there are more than 3-5 ingredients, you may want to make a different choice.  

Everyday Products

Start reading your product labels too!  Check out my top 7 to avoid and make sure they are not in your personal care products.  Here's a hint:
