Release that which does not serve you!
This becomes a choice.  We have to choose to not let those negative thoughts, words and deeds take over.  The best thing that has helped me in letting go of negative thoughts thus leading to actions are 2 things.  First, I journaled.  A LOT!!  I wrote out all the self-defeating thoughts I had about myself, you know all those tapes you play in your head.  Then I wrote the opposite of those thoughts.  Next, I chose to deliberately go to the positive thought.  This takes practice and time.  And 2nd, I used a lot of emotional essential oils combined with prayer and meditation.  There are so many differente essential oils that are good for our emotions.  I am happy to share with you the ones I know, trust and love!


Accept what is being laid on your heart.
You need to get yourself to a place where you can receive what God is giving you.  You have to accept His promises, His blessings, His direction.  The best way I have found for me is immersing myself in His word.  I especially love Proverbs 16:3.  "Commit to the Lord whatever you do and He will establish your plans."  What I'm trying to say is you need to turn your life over to Him.  I'm a visual kind of person.  In the beginning and even now sometimes, I do this exercise:  I close my eyes and clench my fists as tight as I can.  Slowly, I unclench my fists and lift my hands to the sky while opening my eyes.  This is my physical act of committing my works to the Lord.  Give it a try!  I also use our essential oil, acceptance EVERY day!!  I love to just inhale this one.


Lastly, Believe YOU are deserving!!

God specifically designed you, just you for His purpose!  Do you know how incredible that is?  Each of us has a unique purpose to fulfill.  There is one thing that I did that truly helped me in identifying this purpose. I answered the following six questions:

1.  What are you always doing?
2.  What do people always ask you to help with?
3.  What do you always feel compelled to volunteer for?
4.  What do you do that other people admire?
5. What do you do that makes a positive difference?
6.  What do you enjoy doing the most in the whole world?

  These come from the book Ordinary Super Powers by Mark Hanson.  I highly recommend getting a copy of this book!  A couple of essential oils that really help in this phase are Believe, Transformation and Envision.  Give them a try and see how they transform your emotions and thoughts!
