What does Toxicity look like?

We live in a world full of toxins and potential toxic exposures. Toxins are in our air, water, food supply, homes, businesses, and possessions. When these toxins enter our bodies and cannot be detoxified and eliminated, significant symptoms may develop. Some toxic exposures can even mimic the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome. Other exposures can cause severe illness, disability or death.  Certainly most of us are well aware of the latter example, but don't realize the more common symptoms of toxicity.

Toxins include plastics, pesticides, heavy metals, hydrocarbons, and other chemicals. Some can seem harmless to most of us because of their common use in our society. These include chemicals like chlorine, fluoride and bromine.  Some are known carcinogens, but seemingly unavoidable as they are common in our personal care products.  Others are used in the workplace and if appropriate protective measures are not taken, entrance into the body of toxic chemicals is unavoidable.

As you can see, toxins truly are everywhere!!  So what do we do?   For me, I looked to what I can control, what's in my home.  I also looked for ways that I can help support my liver and kidneys so they can do their jobs naturally.  I was surprised to learn that my daily headaches were actually coming from some of the products I was using in my home!!  After removing them, I have been headache-free for over 3 years!!   Find out how I supported my family below!!

Adrenal Support

As we discuss recharging our bodies, I have to tell you that using these two essential oils have been a lifesaver for my adrenals!!  I find nutmeg to irritate my skin on it's own, so I use a bit of coconut oil.  Apply 1-2 drops of NUTMEG over adrenals (found on mid back just about an inch on either side of your spine) first thing in the morning.  I then apply a drop of ENDOFLEX over my thyroid and a drop or two over my adrenals as well!  Check out the picture below. The adrenal glands are the yellow on top of the kidneys.   Need to get some of these oils?  CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED
