Journey of Wellness Episode 3
Here we were, going to weekly classes and making some simple changes in our lives.  Before we knew it, a couple months had come and gone and I realized that:

  •  I was not suffering from daily headaches 
  • I had not had a migraine
  • I was actually sleeping
  • my menopause symptoms were under control
  • AND the big one, my moods were much better!!  (Family and husband noticed this one!!)
These changes were huge for me.  And any of you ladies who have gone through menopause know that taming that dragon is a lifesaver!  

Finding out that the products I was using in our home were the culprits was very frustrating to begin with, but then I looked at it as empowering!!  I now had some knowledge to improve not only our health, but share my story with others that maybe they could get the same results!  Now, mind you, I didn't do everything over night!  This was baby steps.  It took me over 2 years to get all the harsh chemicals out!  The results for me and countless others have all been absolutely life changing!!

Adrenal Support

As we discuss recharging our bodies, I have to tell you that using these two essential oils have been a lifesaver for my adrenals!!  I find nutmeg to irritate my skin on it's own, so I use a bit of coconut oil.  Apply 1-2 drops of NUTMEG over adrenals (found on mid back just about an inch on either side of your spine) first thing in the morning.  I then apply a drop of ENDOFLEX over my thyroid and a drop or two over my adrenals as well!  Check out the picture below.
