Journey of Wellness Episode 2
Now I have this “kit” of sorts in my home.  All these oils and a diffuser AND I don’t remember most of what was shared in the class.  I think I remember some things about the lemon oil being great in water and peppermint having lots of uses.  Plus, it was my favorite to smell!! So what did I do?? I called my friend that I drug to the class with me!  We really did the beginning of this journey together!

Between the two of us, we pretty much could come up with a little bit about each fascinating bottle.  We both were intrigued to learn more.  Now in our local area, we are blessed to have a pretty large active group.  They hosted weekly get togethers at a coffee shop.  So every Monday night we went and learned!!  We got EXCITED!!  

We were discovering ways to help our body and learning about ingredients in the products we were using.  We found free apps that we could get safety ratings for the products we had in our homes.   Our families thought we had lost our minds, some thought we’d joined a cult!!  But little by little , we put into practice what we learned.  And I’ll be darned if it didn’t work. 



Adrenal Support


As we discuss recharging our bodies, I have to tell you that using these two essential oils have been a lifesaver for my adrenals!!  I find nutmeg to irritate my skin on it's own, so I use a bit of coconut oil.  Apply 1-2 drops of NUTMEG over adrenals (found on mid back just about an inch on either side of your spine) first thing in the morning.  I then apply a drop of ENDOFLEX over my thyroid and a drop or two over my adrenals as well!  Check out the picture below.
