Journey of Wellness - Episode 1

My journey began over 4 years ago.

I had a friend who kept inviting me to an essential oils class, EVERY single month!!  Now, let me prefice this with I knew nothing about essential oils and I thought I was in really good health.  I had begun running a few years earlier, quit smoking, no weight issues and no major health concerns.  I finally asked her if I would come to one of these, would she stop inviting me.  And she said yes.  So, I drug one of my friends along with me, cuz who goes to something like this alone???

We learned why she loved these products as she shared her story.  She talked about all these different oils and passed them around.  We could smell them and put them on.  Now, some I didn't like at all and others I thougth smelled good.  Still not sure how these are supposed to work, but still listening.  After the "class", I asked some questions about symptoms I was having with menopause.  She gave me a product to use.  I actually slept for the first night all the way through in a LONG time!!  Not only that, but I didn't wake up in a pool!!

That was all I needed to get me trying these out.  Sleep is a good thing.  So I enrolled with a Premium Starter kit and so did my friend.  (More about this later).  This was the first of many experiences of essential oils that worked for me and got me hooked into learning all I could!!

Adrenal Support

As we discuss recharging our bodies, I have to tell you that using these two essential oils have been a lifesaver for my adrenals!!  I find nutmeg to irritate my skin on it's own, so I use a bit of coconut oil.  Apply 1-2 drops of NUTMEG over adrenals (found on mid back just about an inch on either side of your spine) first thing in the morning.  I then apply a drop of ENDOFLEX over my thyroid and a drop or two over my adrenals as well!  Check out the picture below. The adrenal glands are the yellow on top of the kidneys.   Need to get some of these oils?  CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED
