The Benefits of CBD
In today’s blog post about natural stress 
relief, we’re going to discuss the benefits 
of cannabidiol oil.

If you're one of the millions of people 
in the world who suffer from social anxiety, 
then you may find some relief with cannabidiol 
oil. 

More commonly referred to as CBD, cannabidiol 
oil has been gaining popularity for its 
calming effects. But don't confuse it with 
marijuana.  

Even though CBD is derived from the cannabis 
plant, as is marijuana, it's not the same thing. 
Once it's extracted and separated, you can take 
it without any psychological side effects. 

Unlike marijuana, which has psychoactive properties, 
CBD simply relaxes you and helps you to think more 
clearly. 

Some have even described it as a fog being lifted 
from their minds. Because when we're stressed, it 
can be hard to make sense of everything going on at once.  

These amazing side effects is why so many sufferers of 
social anxiety rely on CBD.  

With regular use, CBD can help you enjoy your life more by 
increasing the prevention of panic attacks. 

Consider it a preventative, natural, medication to keep
you focused and allow you to tackle problems head on. 

There are numerous ways to consume it, too.   

A popular method of consumption is supplement ingestion. 

I have a link on the side bar to the CBD I personally use 
for calm as well as reducing inflammation in my body.
 

There's also an option to apply it directly underneath your 
tongue. Simply take ingestible CBD oil and place a few drops 
under the tongue, holding your tongue down to allow it to soak in. 
This is the way I use it, and with several different flavors, you
can pick what works best for you.  I love the cinnamon!

If you find that you do prefer the concentrated oil 
but don't want to taste it, there are other ways to 
get it in your system.  You can apply topically as with
our muscle rub or try it in a roll-on like our calm!

Take some of the oil and mix it into your favorite drink, 
or add it to something that you're going to eat. 
   
Whichever way you choose to take CBD, it's sure to help you 
naturally relieve stress.

Adrenal Support


As we discuss recharging our bodies, I have to tell you that using these two essential oils have been a lifesaver for my adrenals!!  I find nutmeg to irritate my skin on it's own, so I use a bit of coconut oil.  Apply 1-2 drops of NUTMEG over adrenals (found on mid back just about an inch on either side of your spine) first thing in the morning.  I then apply a drop of ENDOFLEX over my thyroid and a drop or two over my adrenals as well!  Check out the picture below.
